Uncertain whether the Mobily Spy software will work with your phone?  The Mobile Spy software is currently compatible with three different operating systems: Windows Mobile, Symbian OS, and Apple iPhone. This page is only a partial list of phones compatible with the Mobile Spy software. Keep in mind, that many mobile carriers rebrand their phones.  For example, the T-Mobile Dash is actually the HTC S620, which is a compatible handset

IPhone Devices

Additional Requirements

Note that your phone should be jailbroken to enable the software's functionality. We provide the easy and reversible instructions to do this at no cost upon ordering. The phone must have an Internet connection so Mobile Spy software can upload logs to your account.

Windows Mobile Devices


Mobile Spy is compatible with most smartphones running the Windows Mobile operating system. This includes Windows Mobile 2003 SE, 5.x and 6.x phones. A partial list of compatible phones is shown below. Even if you don't see your phone on this page, any Windows Mobile based smartphone (not Pocket PC) with Internet connectivity will work.

Windows Mobile 6.x Phones

Additional Requirements: There are no special requirements for Windows Mobile 6.x phones. Your cell phone account must have the Internet option so the Mobile Spy software can upload logs to your account.

Windows Mobile 5.x / 2003SE Phones


Additional Requirements
The Windows Mobile 5.0/2003SE version of Mobile Spy is designed on the .NET platform. You will need to install the Microsoft Compact .NET Framework files to your phone. This is an easy free download and we provide instructions. Depending on how much memory is free on your phone you may need to install to your phone's memory card. But usually it will fit on your phone itself. This installation is not required for Windows Mobile 6.x Phones.

Symbian OS Handsets


Mobile Spy is now compatible with Symbian 9.x and 8.x devices. The Symbian OS version has every feature of the Windows Mobile version, but does not capture web URL's visited.

You should have an Internet enabled carrier so the software can upload logs. Your cell phone account must have the Internet enabled so the Mobile Spy software can upload logs to your account.

Additional Requirements
There are no special requirements for Symbian OS devices. But you must have an Internet-enabled carrier so the software can silently upload logs. Your cell phone account must have the Internet option so the Mobile Spy software can upload logs to your account.

Compatible Carriers

Any carrier who offers unrestricted GPRS Internet Access is is considered compatible. Your cell phone account must have the Internet option so the program can upload logs to your account.
